Shaving Brush & Razor Stand...
« on: August 29, 2012, 04:04:29 PM »
A short time ago I decided I needed (wanted) a shaving brush & razor stand. I enjoy working with wood and had a nice piece of cherry to whittle on. I drew some designs and then looked on the net and found good ideas. Then I ran across a stand I liked on E-Bay. This wood worker not far from the house had several nice  designs and he is only asking $18 with free shipping. I figured this was hard to beat so I asked him about the size of the holes...he replied that he would make them any way I needed them. I ordered one made of Bamboo, a wood I love. He seemed like a very nice guy and a pretty good craftsman. My stand arrived today, 3 days and it surpassed my expectations, very nice, good quality and looks good. Check them out and see what you think about them.

Thank you, Warhawk...I really like everything about it, convenience, design, workmanship, the price and free shipping. It looks good on the bathroom counter with the brush and my new Merkur 38 Charlie.

Nice find. I need a stand for mine. I just sit mine on the counter with the bristles pointing up to dry.
Life has three aspects: Paradox, Humor, and Change.

Paradox: Life is a mystery; don't waste time figuring it out.
Humor: Keep a sense of humor, especially about yourself. It is a strength beyond all measure
Change: Know that nothing stays the same.
