What you're asking is a "style" issue - that's really for you to decide as you have to live with it 24/7.

What do you prefer? There's your answer.

Grow your hair and see if you like it more.
If long hair doesn't work for you then you can always cut it short.

By the way, at some point you must have had your hair longer than it is in your avatar picture. Did you like more that way?
