Strange this happening on the site???

I think there may be something wrong on the behind the scenes portion of this site. I am unable to comment on certain threads (this one is an example = I am having trouble posting here now!). I tried it on three browsers over two different devices and the result is always the same. Also, based on Marsh's post that I linked he's  having the same problem.

Also, in the Members Only section I only have the option to mark post as read. I don't have the option to start a new topic or poll like I do on other sections of this site.

I just thought that you should know that something might be out of whack.

Funny..I wanted to start a new topic and I ended up with something similar to you....Also, I can't seem to change the custom text on my profile, though I can change everything else... It's not just you, I'm going through the same thing...

I saw that thread. I could only PRINT, not reply etc.  Thought perhaps the ADMIN locked the thread from future posts.  Most threads still appear normal. Just that one was 'not normal'.

Hey guys, This is Tyler, I'm not seeing what you're seeing when logged in as a non-admin.  Can someone take a screen shot of what the strange things and email them to me?  Without specific details it's hard for me to see what is going on.

Hey guys, I think I found the issue.  If I'm correct, it has to do with the permissions for Sly Bureau.  This should be corrected, so let me know if you are still seeing wacky stuff.

Here's what I am seeing even after the fix. I did start to notice it after the addition of the Sly Bureau designation so I think that it does have something to do with that. I hope the screen shots help.

Same here. Only the Print button appears for certain topics.

Still can't change my custom text....I notice that when a new poster posts in the thread "Read This Before Posting", it only allows me to print but not reply....although the mods ultimately move it to the correct Introductions thread.

Ok, I should have all the access to boards worked out...turns out the permissions for the new levels I added didn't get added along with them.  Still working on changing the custom text thing...
