Offtheclockuk, that beard looks great as is.  I know you want to see it grow to terminal lengthy, but this is a great place to go back to when you are ready ( in my opinion)

I was messing with my beard today and actually did a major trim.  I had a long piece on my chin from when I only had a long goatee and after growing out my beard this piece was getting wispy and dangling a foot below the rest.  I've been debating for a long time on evening things out and I finally did it.  It was an interesting experience having done beard hair so long it would rest on my upper leg when it was wet in the shower, but having it even is so much better.  I actually cut one hair at the skin to measure later lol.
