I still think we should do to RazorX's beard the same thing people do with those old Victorian homes that prevent their homeowners from demolishing them.     I only visit this site occasionally and I always wonder when I arrive "Did RazorX finally learn to love his genetic blessings or did he cut it off and throw it in the trash?"

Damn man, I told you so.  That beard is freaking outstanding.  I've got beard envy on how thick it is.

Slybear- no, it looks good! But I know - it may feel unkempt. I let mine get pretty big and for a while it felt good feeling unkempt. But then, I couldn't live with it any longer. My beard is now trimmed and tidy. It will be coming off in the spring.

In the deep south, we have been hitting the upper 60's & 70's every afternoon this week.  May have hit 80 one day.

It was 81º here on Wednesday. 

But that was actually unusually warm -- we're averaging in the 50's.

The reason I'm thinking of taking it off isn't because what-passes-for-winter here in Austin is over, but because I may be job interviewing next week and for that I'd like to neaten up.
