Welcome to the HB club.
There really is nothing like it, and as I've said before and will say again: "It's the best tool for the job!".
Keep at it, it will only get better.   O0

I am sure that I had written the exact same thing just yesterday.  Are you sure that you did not copy me?

Hi tomcj2,

One thing is my sentence has the word "reviews" and the two sentences you've quoted don't have a word of it.

The other thing is that the reviews include a summation or a sort of average of every member's views - if most members give affirmative, then objectively it should be a good product.

The most important thing here is that this is a personal view of how I perceive a product and whether I like or dislike and not some scientific paper where I should provide references. Other members can always provide a critical appraisal in their own respectful way.

Or maybe is it I made a small mistake here? I also use Mach 3. But then I flipped-flopped the 3 to HB ...

If that's a mistake, that is so, there you have it ...  :popo

While I use my other razors to mow down the hair, I always finish up with the headblade. It seems to give the closest final pass. If I used the HB for the entire shave, I'd go though the blades too fast.  So use a Gillette Fusion Power or Schick Hydro 5 to mow down the stubble from overnight, then polish up the dome with the HB.  Ah, now that's satisfying.  The HB seems to give the closest shave.

As much as I love DE shaving, I can never toss the HB Sport in the bin.

Nothing beats it for a quick shave...nothing!

Welcome to the club, after almost a month of using mine now I finally got my first bleeder, funny how it was trying something a little different too... Really should have picked up the hyrdo 5 to finish touching up, but I was trying out he 1 razor shave... I don't think I am coordinated enough for that haha

I totally agree. I have used my Headblade Sport for about 3 months now and cannot imagine using anything else. I do use my Mach 3 to touch up the sides and around spots where the HB is not as easy to use. Can't imagine shaving with anything else than HB. Gives the closest shave.
