Looking at your photograph, I think you can get away with wearing the Sly look without any facial hair. -

Shaved looks great on you Bobster, brings out your eyes. Since you can grow facial hair, I suggest you try it and see which are you most comfortable and confident with, although a clean face looks great on you.
