Jergens Natural Glow
« on: August 06, 2012, 08:50:15 AM »
Has anyone here ever used any of the Jergens Natural Glow products? I'm on the fence about giving it a try. I've heard that it makes some people look strange with orange-ish tints to their skin. I also heard it smells terrible and can clog your pres. However, some also say it gives a great, natural tan.

What do you guys think? Worth a try or no?

The only way to get a "natural" tan is to be outside in the sunshine.

I use it regularly and give it a thumbs up.  No pore clogging based on my experience and even gives a bit of a shine.

Some on here actually recommend it to guys that shave for the first time to even out the color of their freshly shaved heads.
All reviews that I've read give it positive marks.
Ttry using it in an inconspicuous area first to see the results.

I've been using it on my newly shaved head with no problems. I just can't stand the pale dome.  :)

My skin is normally pretty sensitive and I have to use fragrance free detergents, soaps etc, but I haven’t had an issue with this. Haven’t been using it long enough to see much of a change in color yet though.

Worked pretty well for me - no pore clogging issues, either.  Just watch how much  you put on right around your ears (I noticed it tended to darken that area more than others...), and make sure to wash your hands afterwards.

Thanks for the replies, fellas. I think I might pick up some for fair-skinned individuals.

I got a neighbor that loves it and wouldn't leave home without a liberal coating on his gourd.
