Sorry about no being more clear on my location. Most of the web boards I'm on are 90% U.S. based.

Welcome to the forum Jeff. Way to go with handling the mpb, and your weight loss. Embracing your baldness is the only way to go, the"honest" way to go.
 
Also, can you give us an idea of how you have been attacking your weight loss? I have been heading into a weight area I have to turn back from, and I need some suggestions/encouragement.

Thanks to everyone for the welcome and positive comments. The weight loss program I am on is called Prism Weight Loss. My wife and I have been on it since February 20th and just recently started a group at our church. I started at 270lbs and I'm now at 218 lbs and the only thing I've done is change what and how much I eat. Cut out processed foods and sugar, start eating whole natural foods that we were made to eat. I'll go into the details deeper if you all want me to when I'm at my computer and not on my phone.
