I'd happily have music on all the time and get rid if the tv...

I'm with you on that one too.   O0

+1!

Me too, whenever I am at my pc I have music going constantly, in the car, at work whenever I can and I love nothing more then going out and catching some awesome local metal on a weekend when I can \m/

I am enjoying listening to all the songs people have linked/listed

This is definitely my song of the week Drowning Pool's All Over Me:

How do you guys feel about Eric Bibb? I absolutely love his music and when I saw him live it was a life changing experience. His album 'Get On Board' is such a good blend of gospel, roots blues, and folk.

The track 'Pockets, is my missus and my song.

This week I'm going to stick with the Whitney Houston theme and listen to "I Learned From the Best". It's the song about a man trying to get back with the woman that he dumped....and she says no....hmmm, I think I can relate.

It is day one and I think I already have my song of the week, I couldn't get the drums (~2:00min mark) from this song out of my head all day!

Love this Jam. So good, it doesn't seem it's as long as it really is.
Makes me think of the film Dazed and Confused. Also makes me want beer, for some reason.

Stevie Ray Vaughen : Life by the Drop (It's always Stevie Ray week at the Koz home!)

Koz loves him so much, he can't spell it correctly.

Heard "Beers Ago" (Toby Keith) driving today and it's stuck in my head.

I couldn't possibly have just one track for the whole week!  ;D  My tastes are pretty eclectic and this week I've been listening to everything from Bill Withers and James Taylor to The Pixies and Massive Attack.

Found my four-pack of 70s Rock Songs CD's in the glove compartment...there are 4 CD's with 10 songs on each resulting in 40 songs....staying with the theme of 40 (my age)...I've decided to listen to one track from this collection each day for the next 40 days! Starting with today......Today's track: "Fool for the City" by Foghat.
