Thanks for all the words of encouragement!  It was a pretty good day as most people just really didn't give much attention to it.  There were the occasional gasps - but most said I looked pretty good and the only negative so far was I needed some color.

Just shaved again and apparently got a bit of razor burn on one spot on my head.  I'm currently rubbing it with ice as I can't find the aloe vera.  Other than that, I'm still feeling pretty good.

Just wanted to update my progress.  So I shaved my head for the third day in a row tonight.  I bought some Cremo wash, shaving cream, and moisturizer tonight and used a brand new fusion.  Slickest shaved head yet for me!

Got my first not-so-enthusiastic response today - but I find I don't care as I'm enjoying the look  :@`.  Most people accept it without a second look.  The others say it really does suit me.   Hopefully the color evens out soon - but I'm definitely taking care not to over expose it to the sun.

Still going strong here after one week and a couple of days.  My routine is to shave at night right before bed and so far the results have been pretty good the next day.  Much less nicks and such.

That's great. It's all a matter of making it part of your routine - so much so that you are disappointed if you somehow forget to shave!
