I would like to keep my head smooth shaved bald everyday but hair grows fast. How can you shave it everyday without cutting yourself with razor since it's skin and is it basically the same with some hair just putting cream on and shaving it? Because thought it would be risky shaving it without hair and easily get nicks and cuts. Also never used to shave it everyday and only twice a week.
Welcome ShavedGuy.
At first your scalp will be quite tender. Just use a very light (or almost no) pressure on the razor. After a week or so your skin will toughen and it will be easier. Getting an occasional nick is part of the entrance fee to Slydom.
You can shave everyday. Take it slow and easy at first. The skin onm your scalp will get accustomed to being shaved in a few weeks.
The important part is to prepare well: wet your scalp with hot water, wash it well with a mild cleanser, use a good quality cream and a sharp razor blade. Afterwards, rinse with cold water to close the pores and use a good after-shave moisturizer. Your bald scalp will thank you!
Shaving my head every day (except for a few skips here and there) has been my ritual for 77 days. My first shave was a bloody mess and I wondered how I would ever keep this up as I stared into the mirror looking at the ghost white scalp and pigmented, spotty skin. During the first week, I shaved so carefully and a little apprehensively, fearing I will peel off skin. I picked up a few nicks, but as my technique improved, they became less. I also had a few moles burned off my head to avoid any nicks and to look better. Now the daily dome shave has become almost second nature.
Just see how you go, after sticking to the 30 day rule. It gets better and better, trust me...
At first I highly recommend shaving the using the exact same method until you no longer get cuts or nicks, then once your scalp is acclimated to daily shaving you can branch out and try other methods.
When I started out I cut myself more than a few times, the worst being one time when I was too macho to give up shaving when I felt a nick (which turned into a gash by deciding to "just power through it" I didn't know how bad it was until the next day when my pillow was bloody. The best way to keep a smooth dome is to avoid cutting yourself, but if you do cut yourself don't keep shaving in fact take a break until it heals.
practicing will help you get the hang of it
