@120.... . . do you find the Folsom A/S better than the FINE A/S?...
I can't say one performs better than the other, but they are different. I believe the difference is that maybe Fine has more menthol. The only thing that would make me select one over the other would be my goal for a scent.
Happy birthday, brother! That's a killer shave you have there.
@120: Hi Matt. . . Thanks for the birthday wishes! BTW... I love the packaging of the SV 70th Anniversary soap. That is probably the best presentation that I have seen. I have heard so many great things about that soap on the other wet shaving forums. Love your SOTD pic.

Razor: iKON ShaveCraft #102 w/ Weber Wave Handle
Blade: Treet Platinum
Soap: Mike's Natural Soap: Lemongrass & Eucalyptus
Brush: Simpson Duke 3
Dessert: Ice cube rub, refrigerated WH, refrigerated FINE Fresh Vetiver
With all the many new artisan soap makers out there, Mike's Natural Soap will always be in my rotation. There is a reason why his shave soaps are usually sold out. The performance of his soaps are outstanding.

Los Angeles Shaving Soap Co. "Bespoke #1" | Ever-Ready 100T (TGN Finest) | RazoRock Stealth Slant V4 | Gillette Nacet Stainless (1) | Chiseled Face "Sherlock" Aftershave Splash | Nicole Pangas "Ghost Skulls" Shaving Bowl | 1740 "Blackout" Deathwish Coffee-Infused Beard Balm
I believe it was Joe Abbatangelo that recommended Nacets. Thanks to TryABlade, I was able to pick up a couple tucks to sample. This was my first outing, and I have to say I'm impressed. Probably about as smooth as Astra SP, but maybe a little more efficient. Of course, for me, the RRSS gets the most out of any blade. After trying out the ATT S1 for a week, I can still say the RRSS is a better shaver. Also, you might not expect it, but Bespoke #1, Sherlock splash, and 1740's Deathwish Coffee-Infused Blackout Beard Balm make an incredible combination. It's like they're made for each other and it was somewhat of an accident.
Hi Matt: Thanks for sharing your SOTD review and as always great SOTD pic. Do you find the light-weighted RazoRock slant a negative?

I'm usually not a fan of light-weight razors, but it seems to work with the RRSS.

Nice, Mel! I need to get around to picking up some Jabonman. What's your favorite scent?
My idea of the perfect shave.
@120: Hi Matt: Loving those SOTD pics, bro. Yes... you need to try out the Jabonman shave soaps. Manual makes some great shave soaps. I absolutely love the performance of the soaps and the scents are intoxicating and very natural. My favorites are the Citricos (citrusy scent) and the Brisa de Oriente (spicy musk scent which reminds me of Mystic Water Marrakesh).
