Another new guy / Friday 07/13 is "B" day

Good morning all,

I'm another new guy here, recommended to this site by one of my good friends at SparkPeople.  I had posted there my intent of getting my head shaved this coming Friday 7/13 (my next hair appointment) and the reaction from my SP brethren was very positive and supportive. 

I'm pretty sure I'll be posting and exploring more this week, but thanks in advance for all of your support, and look forward to joining the ranks of "bald" (which I am not that far away from anyway!).

Welcome. That's four days from now ... and they will pass very slowly as I know the excitement of experiencing the "new you."  I'd planned for 5/21, but in the end couldn't wait and went Sly on 5/18. Probably the best thing I've ever done.

Enjoy the transformation.
