Baldness is not new to me. I am 38 and have been "buzzing" my head since 19. A friend of mine actually talked me into it. My hair line had been receding for a couple years and since I was in denial I kept growing my hair longer. One day my friend said "why don't you just buzz your hair, it'll look way better". I did and it did. I haven't looked back since. I did shave my head once a long time ago but that didn't go so well, rather than post the story in here you can see it in the 30 day rule section. Anyway, I will be shaving my head again tomorrow for the first time in about 15 years because I'm gonna try the 30 day rule.

Welcome Gunngee, I think the "30 days" will be the key to your success.

Let us know how today (shave #1) goes, and any snags which you think we can help sort out. I don't think there is any detail which hasn't been experienced by at least some of the fellows here.

Welcome, gungee! As with anything in life, the more you do it, the easier it gets. I've been shaving clean for 5 years now and it's just another daily task at this point.
