Welcome, Ryan. Glad you're on board and pursuing your professional aspirations. Here's a suggestion: write a cookbook for men. Most cookbooks are written for women, who know their way about the kitchen and cooking nomenclature; most guys don't, so a cook for guys would sell. There has been only one so far and it's out of print, Mike McGrady's Husband's Cookbook. My copy is virtually in shreds from use. It's time for a new book from the same angle.
