Still have a lot of learning to do though. I did a school program at a sports bar, and now work there as a prep cook. Although, there has been talk of me being able to train as a line cook this summer. Next year I am trying to do a school program at somewhere fancier than a sports bar, go get better experience, so I am looking forward to this.

Hey here is some new, and very good news to go on my post. Today I got some news from my school. I was accepted into the OYAP program for Cook|Chef Apprentaceship. I will be training with Flemming College during the last half of my grade 12 year (Next year), and will recieve a certificate (If I pass the course) for 1 year of Apprentaceship completion. Wish me luck :)!!!!!
