Today's been a good day. This afternoon I met with the coordinator of Ohio's largest Octoberfest. Next year I'll have a space there to sell my Brats. Not quite ready yet equipment-wise this year. In the past I've sold over 3000 sandwiches, five bucks a sandwich. Now the event has double the crowd.

Also I'm developing a new sausage for a client who owns the only brewery in the United States that produces English Hard Cider. I'm incorporating his product into the sausage. He is an Englishman so I'm making English Bangers per his request. We're partnering together to cross promote our businesses. So that means I'll be going out on demos with him cooking the brats handing out samples. Cannot wait to shine my light! -
