I can't believe it's already May  which means that Cinco de Mayo is fast approaching.  So in celebration of Cinco de Mayo ....what's your favorite Mexican beer & food? 

I'll start:  1st of all I love many types of beer but since we are talking 'bout Mexican beer.  I still love my Corona-Light.  As far as Mexican food...I'm a simple man and I always go with beef hard-shelled tacos.  So... how 'bout U?  What's your favorite Mexican beer & food.  Corona?  Pacifico?  Dos Equis?  Tacos?  Burritos?  Enchiladas?  What's your story?

Cinco de Mayo and Polish Constituion Day on May 3rd. Chicago always celebrates Polish Constitution of 1791 with parade, etc.  Yep ... let's grill some Kielbasa and stuffed cabbage rolls (golumbki) and pierogies (dough dumplings) and mix with enchiladas, tacos, and nachos.   If you drink your favorite brews and mixes ... please have a designated driver !  LET'S PARTY this weekend !
