Came across this while looking at how people shave their heads

Hey fellow Sly guys!

I came across this video on head shaving and thought it looked pretty good. I am wondering about the whole "with the grain" method since I read a lot of posts on here about how you don't get a close enough shave going WTG vs. ATG...

Anyways, here's the vid:

Would love to hear your feedback on the video and method! I'm thinking about giving it a try since I always seem to NEVER get every inch of the top of my head...

This vid makes the shaving thingy look so..complicated and..damn, it's nothing I'm used to know.
As for me, it's way simplier.
The thing is that: if you try something new, stick with it, because that's the only way you'll get the hang of it. If you keep on trying new stuffs in order to replace the old ones, you'll never get anywhere.

I agree with PaulTheBald but as you found out in your other thread ya had to try a few razors before you found one that worked better for you.  Perhaps trying a new shaving technique will serve you well. Just remember there are only so many things you can do before you have to give in and say this is the best for me and stick with it. In contrast to the video I do shave against the grain but I went bald for a year before.. I can handle that, you may not be able to yet.

I think any and all methods can work equal well if you use good quality equipment and stick with them long enough to become proficient in them. Best of luck.

I agree , rhere are some good tips but at 0530 am I like to keep it simple , hardly ever use clippers , no need if youshave daily . I think the job is something we all do differently

Each to there own I suppose, he makes it look very complicated. I just do a single pass against the grain, repeat if still stubbly.

If it helps fence sitters shave I'm all for it!

True...makes it seem more complicated than not. Me, shave ATG, feel for any missed spots, then WTG. I always re-lather in between.

Let's just make it short and sweet for the people who are/were creeped out....He kept PM'ing people wanting to shave their heads for them...I'm sure at least 98% of the people on this forum shave their own heads...Nuff' said, you wasn't missing much.....
