I think you can go with both. You still have enough hair to grow it a bit, so you can keep it buzzed for a while and then shave it smooth again. I've always been a fan of both looks, and I'm fortunate enough to still have the option. Either way, you can't lose.

Both look great on you and you're at a point where you CAN have it BOTH ways. Shave it, live slick for a day or so then let it grow out to a tight buzz and then start all over. Keeps the world guessing and looks good at all stages on you.
