Marsh has the beard that I aspire to.
Having a few tats myself, only one of which is visible when wearing short sleeves, I think that it is too bad that our society has devolved to such a level of superficiality. I know that we do live in the real world and that potential employers are going to be judgmental about those of us with ink rather than evaluate others based on qualities like honor and character. But that, it seems, is what we're all about.....form over function. So because of ink, which is regarded as honorable in some societies, we look at the person predominantly from the outside and make our evaluations based only on what we see. I think that we miss out on a lot of real value by making our determinations in this manner.Just my opinion.
