I get "the nod" a lot.
Hair is over rated.

I love when this happens, I was in a club a few times when I seen another bald guy must of only been us two in the whole place. Made eye contact at the bar and we raised our glasses haha We did not need to speak !

You know that dog in the movie is always perking up and shouting "Squirrel, Squirrel".  Well, for me its, "Bald, Bald. There's another bald guy. Doesn't it look good?"

My wife does the same with 'Garage Sale'.

I haven't really encountered stuff like that. But I think the funniest thing is that people have commented how my best friend and I look so much alike with bald/beard combos.

I agree totally, in fact if I see a shaved head I make it a point to nod and bring up our common look.

..."I like your hair"..."Who's your hairdresser"? And if I know the guy, "Look at the head on that"!

What makes it funnier is that although we have different personalities, we have a lot in common. Even my sister said that we could pass off as brothers.

I often get the nod of acknowledgement too, sometimes. Have had the ocassional fellow slyguy look at me and then rub his bald head in an acknowledging gesture. Think this must look odd to "normies", though. On one ocassion after I had just been to my barbers for a shave I met another fellow slyguy going in who looked at me in acknowledgement & said; "first time?" I said; "No." He said; "Getting rid of the 'sand-paper'?" & I replied; "Yes!". He said; "Nice, mate!". I think it is something to do with "I know how you feel about it" kind of thing with us born-to-be-baldies.
