things to keep handy before shaving?????

guys i need the  list of things to keep handy before i start shaving,,,i m writing down a few pls add if nethings missing:
1.shaving cream
2.razor
3.moistureizers//sunscreen (spf15)...pls tell if spf 15 is enuff,,,,,i live in india,,,,
4.aftershave
5.confidence   ( wich is at an ok level......shud go further up in sometime )

also i m thinkin of ordering headlblade matte......can u pls tell me hows dis product does it give a good matte finish,,,??....,

As it will be your first time to shave, I recommend patience so you won't hurry things up and cut yourself.

Some bandages or napkins to stop the bleeding if you make a mistake....but if you take it slow, you'll be OK. Good luck!

A friend has tried the headblade matte. He says it cuts the shine for a few hours, then wears off.  He's a pastor and they video tape the sermons.  He uses it to cut the shine on his head so that it does not mess up the exposure on the camera! Says it lasts for the church service.
