Alternative to the Headblade
« on: January 31, 2012, 01:09:53 AM »
Hi Headbladers,

my name is Luke and I would like to tell you my experience with a very nice Headshaving tool called "Striglia" from the famous manufacturer "DOVO" located in Solingen/Germany. To shave your Head with this nice tool need some exercise an last but not least patience. You´ll need a good shaving cream such as Headslick e. g. to make the Striglia gliding over your Dome because this tool doesn´t has a distance holder like the Headblade. After some strokes you´ll become better and better and the result is a Dome as smooth as a baby's bottom! Hope my review about the Striglia hasn´t be boaring to you but I´m just so enthusiastic about that I´ve to tell you about it!
Hope you´ll overlook my bad english ;)

All the best
Luke

Welcome Luke. It sounds like the shaver you're talking about sounds like the Dovo stainless steel shaver. I've seen it before and it doesn't appeal to me. I'll stick with the HeadBlade.

Hi xnewyawka,

you´re right, it´s the Dovo stainless steel shaver. I use this one when I´ve got plenty time, otherwise I´m using the Headblade new sport.

All the best and keep blading
