It looks like you trim the middle. I personally think they look better fuller. And it's less work.

I think it looks great the way you have it trimmed in your current avatar, precise and tight. It looks good enough for interviews as it is.

I trim mine with a #2 and it looks better than letting it grow.

Been using the blend guard on the hiar trimmer - gives me the best length
