Thats Eric Sprague... "The Lizardman".. he's a really talented sideshow performer and a really nice guy. He's lived in Phoenix, AZ for a while and  body mod genius Steve Haworth (http://www.stevehaworth.com) did some of his body mod work.

He's really very dedicated to his pursuit of total appearance control. Yeah, he's pretty overboard for most normal society, but the guy has found a way to look the way he wants to look and earn a comfortable living at the same time.

In a weird way, I think the more extreme you get with that level of unique appearance, the more level-headed the person turns out to be when you get to know them.  Maybe you just have to be a down-to-earth personality to want to maintain that kind of look on a daily basis without going nuts.
