I have read all the tanning bed cautions and I agree it can be dangerous. I have used a tanning bed before and I will do it again.

If you are going to go tanning, you should keep it very, very short. Start out with only about 5 minutes. Gradually, build up, adding one or two minutes at a time. I recommend keeping your tanning sessions under 10 minutes always. The tanning beds will typically allow for 20 minutes, but if you tan three times a week at 20 minutes, you are definitely putting your skin at risk. For a lotion, try Jergens Natural Glow. They make a couple different shades. I bought mine at Walmart.
