I just had a break up w/ my bf. I'm doing the 30 day no contact rule or whatever its called. I used to text terrorize him, but have decided to try this technique to see if I can get him back. How does it work? What do I do if he tries to contact me before the 30 days are over? What do I do after the 30 days if he does not contact me? Its been a total of 12 days now. Haven't heard from him and I haven't contacted him in any way
