Greetings,
I really like this section of the forum. Let me explain..
A couple of years ago, I lost my Father to Leukemia. It really took a toll on me as loosing a family member would to anyone. After my father passed away, I ballooned up to 285 pounds, and was in really poor health. High Blood Pressure, Sleep Apnea, High Cholesterol, etc. I decided last year it was time to lose some weight after my Doctor telling I was pretty much a walking time bomb!
So, I started working out at Golds Gym with a training partner who is an ex-powerlifter turned bodybuilder. In about 11 months I've lost just about 85 pounds. My weight right now is around 200 and still leaning up. The photo of me at 219 is the most current one that I have, but you can really see the difference. In the 219 photo, you can see my top two ab muscles. Now, the middle two are there. The bottom two are the hardest.
I work out 6 days a week, and follow a high protein, medium carb, lowfat diet. My workout is as follows - Monday, legs and cardio. Tuesday, chest, back and cardio. Wednesday Shoulders, bi's, tri's and cardio. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, I repeat everything, but do more a circuit training with lighter weights. Sunday is an off day. It's also my cheat day. I usually eat whatever I want on Sunday's, but I don't overdue it!
If anyone has any questions, I'll do my best to help ya!
