New to the forum, and new to being bald - page 1 -

• Hey everybody. I have been lurking for a few days while trying to decide whether to go ahead and do it or not. I finally decided to take the razor to my head this morning and it feels great! I have been balding since I was about 15 and now I am 27, and I have been buzzing my head with a #1 for the past 2 years. I had to keep the beard though. It is normally a little longer, but the guard on the beard trimmer slipped, so I went a little bit shorter than planned, but oh well.

  The beard looks good and the nice thing is if it goes a little short it will grow back in a few days.

• Thanks for the warm welcome everybody. I am not too worried about the beard because I know it will be back to normal in about a week. Still getting used to the baldness though. I had a very attractive young woman come up to me at the store this morning and ask to rub my head though, so that is good   . Definitely going to follow the 30 day rule and see how it goes.
