When I leave feedback, its either positive or what ever else the menu serves up. As far as the stars, Never. To much effort, and, to me, serves no seller purpose. Buyers, perhaps, sellers, no. Now if eBay gave that seller a few pennies for doing it, then I would. That even goes for the buyer.
