I just found this website while poking around. I have been head shaving on and off for about two and a half years. I have experimented with headblades, and fusion razors. I kept my head buzzed cut for a while because some people were intimidated by my bald head. I started head shaving again. I like my bald rock. I have a couple observations about the various implements I have used to shave my head.
Headblade:I've shanked myself (As in took off skin,) with a headblade more than any other product. I am not knocking it, however it didn't work for me. Your mileage may vary. I do like the shaving cream/liquid they put out.
Fusion: Absolute hell on the face, but works like a champ on the head. Cartridges are way to expensive for me. Like I said before your mileage may vary.
Old School double edge safety razor and old school shaving soap. I have just start using this combo and its great. I get a bbs head shave everytime and it stays that way for most of the day. The downside is you have to take extra time to prep and shave. You can't be nonchalant about it and have to be careful you don't nick yourself. I love it myself. I also use real shaving, shaving cream from rite aid with an inexpensive badger hair brush. I used a merkur hd34c razor and I just upgraded to a merkur futur adjustable and will post how that works out.
The only problem I have had with head shaving is the fact my hair is dark brown, and black when short. I always see the follicles showing on my head even though I have a bbs smooth head shave and how to tan my rock without becoming a lobster head.
Overall most people say I have the perfect nogin for a bald head and the ladies love rubbing my smooth bbs skull. Bald is beautiful. Thanks for having me. -

I will once its shaved and properly groomed. I might do a full on face shave and head shave. I am not liking the goatee at the moment so a tear down and rebuild is in order so everything is even. I've had a goatee on and off since 1994. Damn I am old. I have been head shaving for about two years.
