tiny pimples since several days

Hi,
since several days I've grown a dozen or so tiny pimples on the upper right side of my head, barely visible. They don't get better or worse, but they don't want to go away.
It's very annoying because I shave my head every day and I don't want to grow back my hair.
I never suffered for acne, not even when I was adolescent.
I tried not to shave for a week, but as far as I could see the pimples persisted.

What can I do to make them vanish?

Clean the head with face wash very well at least 3-4 times a day. It might feel very dry but until you get rid of them it's better to clean as much as possible. Use hot water so the pores can open up and the cleaning is effective. After cleaning rinse off with cold water to close them.
If you go to a dermatologist he might give you some alcoholic stuff containing some antibiotics that can be applied 2 times a day. Whatever you do don't touch the pimples between cleanings, our hands and nails get bacteria on them.
It needs 5 days of this until they're gone.
Until they're gone, don't shave against the grain. But keep shaving with the grain as after a shave you get off the excess dead skin, oils and stuff, just try to not irritate the skin, that's why it would be better to shave just with the grain.

Thanks for your advice, will do. Actually I'm shaving only with the grain these days, just to minimize the "stress" to the skin.

You might also try a gentle exfoliant like HeadShed on your scalp to clean the skin better.  Paragon is right - keeping your scalp clean is very important to healing the marks.

Yes the exfoliator scrubs are good once/twice a week in the cleaning process, but currently try to just do lots of washing without the scrub, as it would stress those irritated pimples and make more red. You don't wanna scratch those pimples now.

After they're gone, the exfoliators are very recommended... although I usually forget them and end up just using the face cleaner. I guess i need to get used to a routine too like weekend=exfoliator

The soap with antibacteric seems to be doing its job, a lot of pimples seems to have gone away. I'll go on with the therapy

Great!  Glad you're all healed.  Try using the exfoliator every few days - it will keep your scalp clean and gently toughens the skin (as the razor does, too).
