Man, I don't define ugly by outward appearances.  I've seen quite a few people in this world that were classified as beautiful or handsome, but their attitude made them ugly to the bone.  Do what is right for you. Keep that smile on your face and people will come running.  If not, that smile will make them wonder what you are up to.
I am by no means handsome, but I do give everyone a smile.

Well here we go, I just buzzed it down to a #1. So far I'm not sure what I think about it: part of me thinks it looks weird while the other part thinks it looks better than it did. No one I know has seen it yet, but I know that when they do they're gonna be pretty upset simply because they told me not to do it. Oh well, I'll let it go for a few weeks and see if I get used to it.

Well, now that my hair's a lot shorter I've noticed it's a lot thinner than I thought; so I'm going to have to shave it sooner or later. I think I'll wait for a few weeks though, so my head can get some more color and my poor mother doesn't have a heart attack. I also think it'd be kinda cool to go through some of the upcoming semester with a short buzz then just randomly show up with no hair at all. I'd get a lot of attention that way, which is something I only mind when it's about my receding hairline.

Thanks for all the compliments everyone, I really appreciate it! I still feel a little weird, but I expect that will go away in a few days. I can't wait to go to work tomorrow and see everyone's facial expressions

I went down to a #1 back in June.  Liked it so much, that a week or so later, I took the #1 off and went bare clippers!  Even better!  Feels cool. Looks smart. Your hair is never messed up. Let us know when you go down to the next notch.
