A woman stands before a Judge in his courtroom and the judge asks her "what are the circumstances that brought you to my courtroom on charges of Sexual Harassment against John Brown at your office?" The woman tells the judge, "well your honor, everday when I'm at the water cooler John walks by and tells me my hair smells good." The Judge, with a confused look on his face says "how exactly does that constitute as sexual harassment?" The woman responded with "John is a midget!"
