I Had Something Odd Happen Today

As some of you know, I am a District Judge and hear primarily criminal cases.  Today I was sentencing a Defendant to probation in a case.  He was being released from custody today.  He was predominantly bald and had a couple days growth on his head and face.

At the end of the court proceeding, I usually ask a defendant if he/she has any questions.  This gentleman said he did but said he wanted to talk off the record.  Once the reporter turned off her recorder, the Defendant looked at me and said, " I want to know how you get your head so smooth?  What do you use to shave?"  Everyone in the courtroom laughed.  He said, "I am serious, I want my head to look that good!!!"

I told him I used HB and told him to check out this website.  I guess that just shows you never know when you might influence someone to go sly.  Power to the SLY brotherhood!!!!!!
