Hey guys, I use Saturdays as my cheat day.  What do you guys like to pig out on?

Ice cream, lots and lots of full cream, rich, smooth, creamy ice cream.  Home made peach from a custard base with fresh from the road stand peaches is a particular favorite.  Or, a gelato from an Italian ice cream parlor near my house--great.   Now I'm hungry.

I cheat everyday now that I put on about 40 lbs since being hurt about two years ago. Im never going back!
