Another suggestion for an electric razor that might work well for you is the
Panasonic ES7100/8100 series wet-dry razors. My head used to be really sensitive, so I used that for a while until the skin toughened up to the elements, and then shaving wasn't a problem. It cuts super close, closer than a razor with the grain.
