Nice info !
Besides books, may I suggest there are a lot of good free to watch documentaries on the net like Food INC. , Supersize Me and The Future Of Food. I see you already listed Hungry for Change and Food Matters. I'm going to check out the ones in your list I didn't know about. Thanks!
( for those who don't know) These tell you about the foods we eat daily, how they are processed so much that people don't realize that most this stuff really isn't food at all. They tell you what foods are still real and where to get them and the health benefits. You cannot even count on produce anymore to be something that's good for you.
I started eating all non processed foods a while back and I'm loving it. I was really sick for a week while my body was detoxing from all the chemicals from additives and preservatives over the years. I feel great. I encourage everyone to watch all the dvds and read these books - then put what they learned into practice.
Nutrition and food is a constant subject here , just bought a kindle version of thai vegetarian Buddhist food

AMEN!
In Hungry For Change, one of the speakers say, we are no longer eating food, but food like products that a chemically processed so that we will want more, not realizing that we are getting less. It is loaded with preservatives so that it won't go bad on the grocer's shelves, and thus make more money for the company. But forget what all the preservatives and hydrolized, and 'isolate' and MSG and GMO is doing to you.
