New Look Bank or Bust??

Hey guys I've been gone for a bit, but decided to come back to the sly look. Difference this time, my boyfriend hates it LOL and says it could possibly detour business because some people don't like the look. I love it though!! My theory is "If someone refuses to do businesses because of my hair thats business I don't want." Am I in the wrong for thinking this? I don't really have any question in my mind, this is just to settle a score to my whiney partner. :-D

I think you look quite handsome. It is really just a haircut after all. If you project a confident and pleasant personality there should be no  issues with business these days. Maybe explain how much this haircut means to you and how great it feels etc.

The look is great.  And yes I agree, if people don't want to do business with you then you don't need them.  They are just jealous because they don't have the balls to shave their own head

Looks great, and your youth adds to the healthiness of the cut. Not everyone will like it and will tell you so. Do you like everything about them? Don't bother to tell them just remember it. Keep the razor handy, you've found your style.

Reminds me of that old ad for Gillette, "Look sharp, be sharp" and then the encouragement to use Gillette blades. People won't do business with a person with a bald head? What if you've just had chemotherapy? As to your partner, offer him a soothing scalp massage. Give him a drink or two. Point out that you're just adding oil to make it smooth, smooth, smooth. Have  a head blade in each hand. Okay, so it's a dirty trick but he's carping about the one that, theoretically, he cares for isn't much better.

Before I started shaving my head I had the crazy notion that people thought that a shaved head was immature and unprofessional.  I used my profession as an excuse for years.  I argued "if I shave my head my boss will flip out."  After lurking around the SBG forum and gaining some confidence I decided to give it a try...  The result?  Increased confidence, I became more comfortable in my own skin and my career went into hyper drive. 

Several months ago I was approached by an associate and offered an amazing opportunity with a different company.  I am now the CEO of an organization that does several million in sales each month.  Did my bald head get me the job? No. However, the increased confidence played a major roll. 

I can tell you from experience that your hair make absolutely no difference.  Your bald head will not make or break a sale, your confidence (or lack thereof) will.
