Hi, I'm Josh...and I'm a Hair loss-aholic!!  Ive been a hair loss-aholic since i was 20..i am now 30.  I am still trying to cope with the fact I am losing my hair!! So bare with me while I cry for a moment....First let me say that I finally shaved my head tonight... After reading some articles on the Internet, ( A few from this website) I decided to just do it... and so far I LOVE IT!!!  Here is my story: I have always debated on shaving my hair but didn't know what I would loOK like and thought I would loOK better with at least some hair, plus I had a bad experience as a child and swore I would never do it again...I was actually attacked by an older brother holding clippers while I was minding my own business playing Nintendo.  I was forced to shave at age 7 and was unhappy and hated it.  I have always loved my hair..It was hair like Zack Morris from saved by the bell...I use to love putting gel in and combing it...I miss that!! I started to lose hair at age 20 and started to lose hair fast!! Mainly in the back, and thinning all over.  The front of my hair has always been somewhat OK ...it was the crown that sucks...From the front everything loOKs fine, from the side and the back its terrible.  I am currently bald in the crown with very little hair back there (Some hair but its spread out) and thin on the rest of the areas.  You could see my entire scalp if the sun if I used any gel or if its wet.  I  am emotionally beat from the thought!!   ...I hate getting hair cuts, felt like people loOK at me weird..I wear a hat every single day...I avoid family parties...I feel embarrassed... and whats weird is every one of my family members has a full head of hair...what luck!!  and I know I'm not adopted...It has really taken a toll...plus friends being "dicks they are", would rattle my cage and call me out about going bald...I think its a low blow.  Well I couldn't take it any more and I just shaved it all off tonight...I love the feel...My head loOKs more normal...and you can not even tell I'm losing my hair...I am so glad I did it...  I cant wait for my kids to wake up so I can ask them where all my hair went..I think I'm going to tell them the hair fairy toOK it...I need to work on not caring about my hair..and accept the fact that its falling out...Its very hard to do...so any tips are welcome and appreciated.  Well that's my story!!

Congrats for doing it and realizing it was the best thing to do.  My advice, stand tall and wear it proud, in 30 days everyone you know will forget about the thinning hair and your friends will be envious!!!   O0
