While I love the gym, I have always worked out with an end-goal in mind. I am currently in an active training regiment so my body will allow me to comforbably and safely do technical scuba diving. I will be diving some deep wrecks off the New Jersey Coast this summer on trimix and need to be in top shape. While 53 is hardly old, I'm not a kid anymore

I make it to the gym @ 0430 three mornings a week and start out with a mile at around 7.5 on the treadmill, a rigorous free weight set for about 45 minutes and cap off my workout with 2000 rowing.
The more I sweat, the better!!
