Cheaper alternative to Gillette Sensor Excel Blades
« on: March 27, 2011, 05:20:53 AM »
Hi all,

Been shaving my bonce with baby oil using Gillette Sensor Excel Blades for a Year or so to great effect. Running low on blades so need to order some more. Originally bough about 40 off eBay for about £8. Seems they are no longer being listed on eBay for anywhere near this price now so was wondering if their is a cheaper alternative razor/blade i could try?

Like the twin blade as they don't clog up too much. Tried the headblade but could not get used to it. Feel more in control with a handheld razor.

Any suggestions would be appriciated  :)

I use the cartridge off of a disposable.  It's called the Custom Plus 3.  Same thing as a Sensor 3.  I have had no problems with clogging.  Equals out to be about 1.25 US Dollars.  Not sure if they are in your market or not.  You might want to check Amazon.com

I found the Gillette Custom Plus 2 to be a good razor and not badly priced.
