problem when clipping with no guard

I have been cutting my hair with the PHILLIPS - CUT YOUR OWN HAIR - i have been using them with no guard which is apparently 0.8mm, my problem is, i try and do it all over again and again but at the end im left with little dark dots on my head which are like small tufts of hair sticking together, like i have missed them even tho i keep going over them again and again, any idea why this is?

Maybe a more expensive wahl clipper would help? also does a wahl clipper with no guard cut to 0.8mm like the phillips?

Just a thought, but did you thoroughly wash and dry your hair first?

At the .08 setting, why don't you just shave it?  Once or twice a week and most of the time you'll have stubble at the right length without all the trouble.  Who knows, you may like it at .0000000000000  and shave everyday?

I would guess that you need decent clippers,I got my nephew a pair of oster fast feed clippers for Christmas for about 60bucks.He uses no guard and his hair is cut perfect all the time I think the size is 000,looks good,hope this helps.
