First time Sly

Hi guys!  26 here.  I've been watching my hairline dramatically creep back around my widows peak and the rest get embarrassingly thin since I was about 21.  It also never helped my case that I've also been sand and flour(as my wife calls it) gray since I was 19.
I've been debating it for a while, but after years of trying to mask it I broke down, grabbed a bic and went to work this evening.
 
I buzzed down with my beard trimmer first then jumped in the shower with the razor.

First crisis...no cream...ok, I used some conditioner and it went much smoother than I imagined.
Second crisis...I steped on my daughter's soap crayon and laid the top of my ear open pretty good...ok, battle scar lol.
The third crisis wasn't until after I finished and got out and realized how well the conditioner DIDN'T work.  My head was on FIRE!  I looked around and all I could find was some a&d ointment.  Luckily it killed the burn right away lol.  I let it sit on for about half an hour then showered it off again and I'm feeling much better.

Avatar is the finished product...now just a couple hours to see how the wife is going to take it hahaha!

So glad I found this site...lets me know I'm not the only one kicked in the goodie bag by mother nature to be going so bald so young.  I'm done fighting it, I'm sly from now on :)

Thanks for the warm welcome, guys.
I have some bumps, but I was ill prepared and hurried about it.
I've been reading in the product reviews section about what kind of blades and product to use to make things go more smoothly(pardon the pun ;D) from now on.

Any doubts or reservations I had are gone because personally, I think I'm really pulling off the sly look.
