• I was watching The Today Show this morning, and noticed a segment with Ron Howard.
  
                          
  
  BOTH he and his brother (the kid from "Gentle Ben" -the 60's series), desperately need to make an appointment with Floyd the Barber.
                                                              
  
  But then again, business is soooooooo slow in Mayberry, I'm sure Floyd welcomes walk-ins!!!

• This is totally off topic but Floyd the Barber was one of the greatest bit parts of any show when I was growing up.  I never missed an episode of The Andy Griffith Show.  I still catch it when I can.  Was there ever a better childhood show.  I may start a new topic.  Sorry for being off topic but the first post on this thread was awesome.

• I just can't understand why anyone would let themselves look like that, especially given the money that Ron Howard has, and all the money he funnels to his brother by casting him in the 'ugly guy' roles in his movies.

  Go to http://www.hulu.com (search for The Andy Griffith Show) or go to the TV Land website and you can see full episodes of The Andy Griffith Show. If you have a Netflix account,  I think the episodes are available for viewing their also!!
