i don't do much power-lifting because I'm mostly into bodybuilding,but i dont want to look huge and be weak

what got me started was people thinking i can bench like 350 from the way i look when im actually stuck at 250
.
bench:260 1rm
deadlift:350
squat:320
im currently in my winter bulk until feb when im cutting down to about 8% bodyfat so any tips would be useful now
rather than later.
