Unfortunately there has only been one bald president since the advent of TV and that was Dwight David Eisenhower. I guess it takes winning a world war to be seen as a worthy candidate if you're bald. Israel's first prime minister David Ben Gurion was bald as was the famed defense minister and architect of the lightning victory in the 6 day war, Moshe Dayan. Israel also had PM Menachim Begin who was bald, PM Itzhak Rabin as well. Anwar Sadat of Egypt was bald. A number of Soviet Premiers were also bald - Krushchev, Gorbachev and of course the leader of the Russian Revolution Vladimir Lenin. It seems that there's a lot more of an aversion to bald leaders in the US and W. Europe than in the rest of the world.
