UK - What moisturiser/balm/other to use after a shave each morning?

Wondering what others are using in the UK after shaving their head in the morning. I have been using the L'oreal Men Expert Pure & Matt, but it contains alcohol, so I'd rather not use it. It also costs a lot!
So, anyone? (Ideally something I can pick up in the shops as I've run out!)

Dude...... I'm not in the UK but if you can get your hands on a tube of Nivea Extreme After Shave Balm buy it. I think it's about $6 (US) and it is good stuff. Just a little dab will do and the mild scent is very clean and fresh.

Another very satisfied user of Nivea Extreme After Shave Balm--added benefit, absolutely no "greasy" residue, just smooth and dry. Great

Not in UK either, but I use Neutrogena Triple Protect Face Lotion w/ SPF 20. I haven't tried the Nivea Extreme Balm, but it's comparable in price and I imagine the texture and non-greasy feel is similar to Triple Protect.

Thanks everyone. They all look good, but they all have alcohol in them, which I thought was ultimately bad for your scalp as it dries it out? Or perhaps the type of alcohol I'm looking at isn't a problem? "Cetearyl Alcohol" is quoted on all of them.
So confused!!!

I use all the Gillette products, and I have very sensitive skin, and my scalp seems fine using them, but I do have a naturally oily skin, so perhaps the alcohol helps with that...

I have oily skin too, so perhaps the alcohol content would be good. I bought some stuff today, which you may have seen, called 'One Planet'. It's cheap and having used it before on my face it was quite good. Not so good on my head though unfortunately.

So confused!!!
As per internet search , cetearyl alcohol does Not dry the skin. That is why it's used in many skin products. Hope this helps.

UNEXPECTED RESULTS From A SUMMER-Based Product!!Unaware that I ran out of my usual "head" moisturizer/balm that I usually roll around in to complete my morning shave ritual, I came across a product in the bathroom cabinet that I originally purchased mainly for the kids in the beginning of the summer. As I started reading the rear of the bottle, I began to feel a
"Hmmm" moment was about to ocurr.
The product --->
Banana Boat Aloe After Sun Lotion w/ Vitamin E
"Hmmmm....." See? told ya' so!!
I mixed a bit of the Aloe Lotion into my usual shave gel, then shaved as usual. Results: INCREDIBLY CLOSE , MOISTURE-RICH, SHAVE WITH SUPERB RAZOR GLIDE and a X-TRA GLOSSY SUPER, SENSATIONAL SHINE to boot!!

Left my head feeling like a
MILLION BUCKS the
entire day!!

Why... I actually felt...(to coin a phrase)...
INVINCEABLE AGAINST ANY ELEMENT Mother Nature could throw at me the
ENTIRE DAY!!! (Scalp felt
Perfectly "Balanced"- well moisturized, non-irritating, non greasy, yet SUPER SHINY !)

Check your summer supply cabinet guys - you just might find a
"hidden treasure" lurking in a dark, forgotten corner of yours too!
